Datujudi Terms & Conditions – Rules for Using Malaysia's Betting Platform

1Acceptance of datujudi Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the datujudi platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These terms apply to all datujudi users, including visitors without an account, registered members, and anyone accessing the platform via referral links or other channels. Your use of the datujudi platform constitutes your legal and binding agreement to all rules set out herein.

Datujudi reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use datujudi's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Is a valid Malaysian resident accessing the platform from within Malaysia.
• Has never been suspended or banned from using the datujudi platform previously.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or business entity.
• Not be on an active self-exclusion list at any gambling platform.

Datujudi reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents may result in a temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

3datujudi User Account

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account datujudi only. Holding multiple accounts under a single individual — even under different names, email addresses, or phone numbers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur within your datujudi account, including all bets, transactions, and communications. Keep your login credentials confidential at all times and do not share them with anyone.

Datujudi does not offer betting services on behalf of third parties. If your account is found to be operated by another party, it will be suspended immediately without prior notice.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

Datujudi accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods only:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• DuitNow (QR and transfer)
• FPX via internet banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Online, and other major Malaysian banks)

The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction. No general daily maximum deposit limit is set; however, datujudi reserves the right to impose deposit limits at its discretion for compliance and security purposes.

All deposits must come from a payment account held in your own name. datujudi does not accept third-party deposits. Transactions suspected of originating from illegal sources or third parties will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.

5Withdrawal of Winnings

Withdrawal of winnings at datujudi is subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per request.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account in your own name that matches the method used for your deposit.
• Before making your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete the identity verification (KYC) process, including uploading a copy of your MyKad.
• Withdrawals via DuitNow and e-wallets are typically processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour on business days.
• Withdrawals via FPX and internet banking are processed within 1 to 24 hours, depending on the bank involved.

Datujudi reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests if there are any signs of fraudulent activity, unmet bonus requirements, or incomplete identity verification. You will be notified via email or live chat if your withdrawal request is put on hold.

6Datujudi Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by datujudi are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. In general, the following conditions apply to all bonus types at datujudi:

• Every bonus carries a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before withdrawals are permitted. Rollover requirements range from 3x to 20x depending on the bonus type.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per new datujudi player.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and cannot be directly exchanged for cash.
• Datujudi reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and permanent account closure.
• Wagering with bonus funds on certain games may be excluded from counting towards rollover requirements.

7General Betting Rules

All bets placed at datujudi are subject to the game rules established for each game category. By placing a bet at datujudi, you agree that:

• All betting outcomes are final and cannot be contested unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.
• Bets placed during technical disruptions or system failures may be voided and funds returned.
• Datujudi reserves the right to void any bets placed based on incorrect odds resulting from technical errors or human error.
• Winnings generated through exploitation of system errors or software bugs will not be paid out, and the account in question may be suspended.
• For sports betting on competitions such as the Malaysia Super League and EPL, the specific betting rules applicable to each league and selected market type apply in full.

8Prohibited Activities at Datujudi

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the datujudi platform and may result in immediate action, including account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Use of bot software, automated scripts, or any tool that facilitates automated betting.
• Manipulating or attempting to hack the datujudi system.
• Money laundering or the use of funds from illegal sources.
• Placing opposing bets against one another (arbitrage betting) to guarantee risk-free profit.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using a false identity or fraudulent documents during registration or the KYC process.
• Attempting to transfer balances between different datujudi accounts.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Datujudi reserves the right to suspend or close a user account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to complete the identity verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account closure requested by the user.
• Activities that are unlawful or that conflict with responsible gambling guidelines.

If your account is suspended for reasons unrelated to fraud, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to you once the investigation is complete. This process may take up to 14 business days. If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, all funds in the account may be forfeited.

11Datujudi Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, datujudi is not liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the datujudi platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond datujudi's control, including internet outages, third-party server issues, or natural disasters.
• Errors or omissions in information displayed on the datujudi platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Datujudi provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability or continued availability of its services. datujudi's maximum liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited within the 30 days preceding the claim.

12Amendment of Terms & Applicable Law

Datujudi reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be sent via email to registered members or prominently displayed on the datujudi platform.

Continued use of the datujudi platform after any amendments are published constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you are entitled to close your account without penalty.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where datujudi operates. Any disputes arising in connection with the datujudi platform shall be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process before any legal action is pursued.
